Mr. Politi currently serves on the Board of Advisors for YM & Associates where he focuses on business management and client integration for YM & Associates. He has more than 20 years of Senior Management experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, Licensing and Brand Management. He was Vice President of Planetwide Games and MashON.com, a video game and Social Media application company; where he was responsible for spearheading world Public Relations, Marketing and Business development, creating strategic business relationships for the company with entertainment and technology companies such as Marvel, National Geographic, Electronic Arts’ Spore, Garfield, TOKYOPOP, Sony Online Entertainment, Paramount and many others. He launched successful public relations campaigns featuring the company’s brands, products and brand partnerships in Wired, CNET, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS and featured on Kurt the Cyber Guy in 12 major markets.
He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zanart Entertainment (ZANA). Zanart Entertainment was a licensing and merchandising company producing entertainment based consumer products on over 175 feature films and TV shows such as Star Wars, Batman, Superman, Looney Tunes, Disney, Spiderman, X-Files, Star Trek, Last of the Mohicans and Lethal Weapon in addition to other major film releases. He was CEO of MPA Publishing. A licensing and merchandising company producing consumer-based entertainment licensed product for Titanic, The Simpsons, and Star Trek among many others.

Marjorie DeHey Daleo, J.D./MBA
Ms. Daleo currently serves on the Board of Advisors for YM & Associates where she drives the business development and sales generation for YM & Associates’ digital media, entertainment and government clients. She currently works with start-up companies in the digital media and entertainment space, driving their strategic visions and increasing their revenues. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Alliances for Blastbeat, a global educational business program. In this role, Ms. Daleo drove the strategic direction of the company and helped develop global partnerships. She has helped the company re-brand by developing a new logo and marketing campaign for the organization. Additionally, she significantly increased Blastbeat’s website traffic through an integrated social networking marketing campaign.
Previously, Ms. Daleo served as the Senior Vice President of New Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications for Enterprise Ireland. While there, Ms. Daleo spearheaded the development of the digital media sector in Ireland to increase export sales and helped start-ups generate over $75 million in new business in 4 years. As a result of her work, the Digital Media Industry in Ireland grew 17% in 2005, 23% in 2006, 29% in 2007 and 37% in 2008.
Ms. Daleo is also an experienced Competitive Intelligence Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant. As a Competitive Intelligence Marketing Manager, Ms. Daleo helped develop the 2004-2008 strategy for the Corporate Division of LexisNexis. Her clients included organizations such as: Universal Studios, Hilton Hotels, E! Entertainment, Park Place Entertainment, Harrah’s, Countrywide and the Screen Actors' Guild.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Ms. Daleo worked for MGM studios, specializing in rights acquisitions and pre-production legal negotiations. Her responsibilities included developing the original James Bond interactive media collection, negotiating the film rights arising from MGM’s strategic acquisitions and providing business and legal advice on numerous major motion pictures.
Ms. Daleo has also worked in the new media arena, specializing in the distribution and protection of new media rights for the Motion Picture Association of America. She has spoken at UCLA, Digital Hollywood, the American Corporate Counsel Association and various State Bar Associations on the topics of Social Media, Branding a Country, Cyber squatting and Strategic Acquisitions.
Ms. Daleo obtained her M.B.A. in Strategic Marketing from UCLA's Anderson School of Business, her J.D. from California Western and her B.A. in Political Science from Cornell University.
