Unpaid Internship Position

This position is for an intelligent and dedicated intern to assist the founder of the company. Intern must have some knowledge of public relations and marketing and good with computer. We are a boutique firm and are focused on our clients. Availability and dedication is the key and we can discuss schedules with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will be dependable, a quick learner, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently. Strong organizational skills with follow up and verbal communication skills are a must.

Intern must be familiar with the Los Angeles area.

Intern should possess the following qualities:

1. Strong research skills
2. Strong computer skills, Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel required
3. Excellent communication and Organization skills (both written and verbal)
4. Meets deadlines
5. Pays attention to detail
6. Has the ability to multi-task
7. Knowledge of important media
8. Knowledge of social networking sites - Social Media, Facebook, Twitter
9. Must have own Laptop

Intern must be able to work independently, with little to no supervision, as well as not be afraid to provide input.
Looking for someone who preferably lives within Beverly Hills or Century City or at least or 20 minutes The internship will be a three to six month, part-time unpaid internship of around 20+ hours a week, with the occasion of working on weekends and evenings for an event such as "Red Carpet" Events. (An intern who proves to be exceptional will be considered for regular ongoing employment. As such, only applicants who are college graduates will be considered or with college credits.
